Our client is a reputable manufacturer of consumer products with business across the globe. To support its operations within the region, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic talent to lead its logistics function. 

Reporting to the Vice President, you will formulate effective logistics and order fulfilment strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives in response to commercial needs within a rapid-changing market. You will oversee logistics, inventory, order fulfillment and warehousing functions across Asia market. Collaborating closely with commercial and manufacturing teams, you will ensure smooth inbound and outbound transportation. You will control logistics budget and monitor 3PLs performance. In addition, you will demonstrate strong leadership capability while ensuring the highest level of ethics and compliance align with corporate standard.  

Successful candidate should possess the following competencies and attributes:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or any related discipline 
• At least 12 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management gained from sizeable manufacturer
• Exposure to multinational with matrix structure 
• Proven record in process optimization and project management 
• Flexibility to travel over 50% of time 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with top management and cross functional teams 
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
