Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Shipping
-
Work with plant Shipping team to handle Import & Export shipment invoicing and HK truck arrangement
-
RMA document handling for shipping
-
HK Custom Declaration & Document filing
System Data Input
-
Input received quantity in wERP system when the boards are arrived in 3PL warehouse
-
Input & upload invoice to Customer Portal / ASN handling
Development & Improvement
-
Work with customer to setup new VMI hub
-
Setup new internal procedure by referring to customer new routing guideline
-
Work with team to improve efficiency by adding the value added solution.

Annual physical audit
Job Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years of experience preferred in HK / China shipping field.

Import and Export Shipment handling experience in PCB Electronics Industry is advantage.

Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered
