Job Description
Job Duties :
- Provide technical support for customers (handling hotline)
- Provide on-site technical support and repairing services (if required)
- Maintain daily service support log
- Mac Knowledge
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Strong technical knowledge and solid experience in Mac service
- Strong technical knowledge with at least 2-year solid experience in mobile networking technical & users support
- Knowledge on email messaging, preferably with background in MAC Server
- Working experience in Telecommunication industry is preferred
- Polite, responsible with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently
- Good command of English and Cantones, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
Shift duty is required - Immediate available is preferred
