Job Duties :

• Provide technical support for customers (handling hotline)
• Provide on-site technical support and repairing services (if required)
• Maintain daily service support log
• Mac Knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Strong technical knowledge and solid experience in Mac service
• Strong technical knowledge with at least 2-year solid experience in mobile networking technical & users support
• Knowledge on email messaging, preferably with background in MAC Server
• Working experience in Telecommunication industry is preferred
• Polite, responsible with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently
• Good command of English and Cantones, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is preferred
