Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to Finance Manager and manage a team across all accounting functions (A/R, A/P, treasury, general ledger)
- Responsible a full set of book and oversee the daily operation of the accounting department
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of the financial statement (monthly, quarterly and yearly closing) & analysis the reports and accounting data to drive the business performance
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, principles, policies & procedure
- Liaise with the external auditor
- Participate in some aspects of the budget & reforecast activities
- Other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a Qualified Accountant
- At least 3 years solid accounting experience in a similar position with working experience in Retail industry
- Strong knowledge in using SAP, Cognos, and TM1 would be a definite advantage
- With a good leadership skill, work independently and experience of managing a project
- Enthusiastic, positive, proactive approach, and continue to look for an improvement
- Good command in both spoken & written English
