Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions such as sales allowance, marketing expenses, debit notes and other daily accounting operations
• Responsible for monthly closing and management reports
• Assist in internal & external audits and ad hoc assignment
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to perform accounting related matters
• Ensure all transactions comply with corporate guidelines with high degree of integrity and accuracy

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance
• At least 5 years working experience, preferable in sizable or MNC organization
• Solid experience in SAP system is a definite advantage
• High proficiency in PC operations such as MS word and excel
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Well organized, meticulous, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available will be an added advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
