Job Duties:

Finance areas

• ŸPerform financial review & analysis, budgeting preparation & planning, capital expenditure & investment return analysis
• ŸEnsure companies’ financial procedures and guidelines are in compliance with statutory, legal and regulatory requirements
• ŸPrepare management reports to support business operations and monitor financial performance of business units
• ŸMay involve in formulating mortgage loan strategies and providing professional advice to clients
• ŸPrepare feasibility studies and due diligence on new business proposals

Accounting areas

• ŸReconcile and manage company accounts with high level of accuracy, preciseness and integrity
• ŸDevelop, implement and manage company’s accounting and financial policies & procedures, maintain budgetary control through effective internal control, risk management and corporate governance
• ŸOversee and supervise daily accounting operation
  

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, with a recognized accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA and FRM;
• ŸAt least 8-10 years of solid commercial accounting experience with at least 3 years in managerial level; gained in banks or financial services companies is preferable
• ŸFamiliar with Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, government regulations and practice; knowledge in accounting system in Asia-Pacific region is definitely an asset
• ŸProactive, independent, self-motivated with mature business acumen
• ŸGood communication and inter-personal skills to work with internal staff and external clients
• ŸProficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• ŸComprehensive knowledge in mortgage loan facilities as well as different financial products in the property market is an asset
• ŸStrong networks in property and banking/financial industry is an advantage
