The Job

• Perform accounts payable duties including process of suppliers’ payments via cheque and/or through autopay system
• Perform bank reconciliation and clearance of non-reconciled items
• Handle phone enquiries from suppliers and customers
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

The Person

• Diploma holder in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.  Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Ability in meeting tight deadlines with positive work attitude
• Self-initiative with good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Experience in using SUN accounting system is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
