Job Description
Would you like to become a true finance business partner to one of our fast growing division? If so, this Regional Finance Controller position might just be the next best thing for you! Reporting to our Finance Director, APAC. You will have visibility and ownership on the P&L across the regions.
What will you do?
- Participate in building budgets and trends (e.g. drawing up analysis charts, summaries, specific analyses, etc.)
- Implement processes in accordance to Group Norms and ensure internal control policies are respected
- Optimize group reporting and finance tools & processes
- Perform & drive efficiently the Month end closing & reporting within APAC regions
- Anticipate risks and opportunities by careful analysis of monthly results and future trends with Finance Director APAC.
- Assist in some finance projects across APAC regions including pricing analysis, 3Yr Plan, ExFIN etc.
- Monitor and optimize the costs and carry out all analyses (Gross to net, Cost analysis, SG&A etc.) required to identify risks and opportunities
- Be a business partner to country finance teams on finance reporting or trend matters; optimize and drive the quality of reporting and information sharing
- Stakeholder Management in APAC and local countries level.
What are we looking for?
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Financial Analysis in MNCs within Retail or FMCG Industries
- CPA or equivalent with audit experience
- Strong drive to strive for excellence, flexible, creative with high learning agility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated, independent, analytical and detail oriented
- Curious and proactive
- Fluent in English, spoken in any Asian language will be a plus
