Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager to provide full spectrum of office administration services for the department and the Company.
- Assist Manager to handle maintenance of office equipments and alarm system.
- Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services.
- Handle overseas travel arrangement and document storage service.
- Administer the Company forms and Fixed Asset record.
- Handle staff attendance / leave record, uniform, staff card and new staff package (administration).
- Liaise with the Building Management for property management services.
- Assist to source and manage suppliers in all office administration supports, including office utilities / services / uniform / printing service / courier service etc.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above;
- At least 3 year relevant working experience in the field of office administration or property management;
- Proficiency in Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
- Responsible, good team player and willing to learn;
- Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.
