Job description:

• Assist Retail Operations Department to enforce the implementation and maintain the consistency of operations policies and procedures
• Provide administrative supports to the store operation department, e.g. marketing event, renovation issues and any other ad hoc projects
• Support in control retail budget and shop expenditures
• Compile sales and operations reports
• Provide customer service supports
• Collect feedback from stores and follow up with relevant departments to improve business and operations efficiency
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in office administration, with solid experience in Retail industry is definitely an advantage
• A well-organized, process orientated and positive approach combined with Innovative thinking and a passion for solving problems
• A dynamic and strategic thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Chinese
• Proficient PC knowledge, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
