Responsibilities:

• Maintain IP database and prepare summary reports
• Handle IP registration works
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned by supervisors  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate holder, preferably in legal studies or equivalent
• 3 years of working experience
• Experience in IP registration works is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office
• Well-organized, diligent and attentive to details
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
