Responsibilities:

• Support for full spectrum of human resources function including recruitment and selection, benefits administration and assistance in employee development program, training and employee relations activities
• Responsible for new staff on-boarding and departure processes
• Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily administration operations including office supply and maintenance, office relocation and renovation etc.
• Provide daily HR support services and participate in ad hoc projects / activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holders preferably in HRM or Business Administration related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
• Well versed in HK & China Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Flexible, energetic, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
