Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of HR & administration staff to ensure smooth operation of the Company
• Formulate HR & administration policies to guide employees’ work and performance
• Review and make adjustment to existing workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Acquire, liaise, manage and review performance of a pool of suppliers and service providers
• Provide secretarial support to Director in all aspects of the Company and ad-hoc projects
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Administration officer

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 6 years relevant experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation
  
• Mature, Well-organized, Detail-oriented, Strong Sense of Responsibility, and able to work under stress independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good command of written & spoken of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is preferred
