Job Responsibilities -

• Responsible for handling general accounting functions, including bank and accounts reconciliation, data entry, preparation of financial reports for Management;
• Coordinate with external parties and internal users for various administration tasks and handle ad hoc projects
• Proficient in knowledge of accounting software, in particular MYOB;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word
• Immediate available preferable
  
  
  

Job requirements –

• Academic background in accounting /business administration or related disciplines / Company Secretaries;
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in the accounting field;
• Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered for the position of Accounting Officer.
