The individual will be working closely with fee-earners.  The individual is responsible for providing clerical and secretarial support to the professional, either as part of a team or individually. 

• word processing and copying typing; 
• dealing with telephone and email enquiries; 
• creating and maintaining filing systems; 
• scheduling meetings, keeping diaries and arranging appointments; 
• organizing travel arrangements for the fee-earner; 
• photocopying and printing various documents; 
• drafting invoices and narratives; 
• preparing and photocopying Court bundles; 
• using a variety of software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; 
• drafting simple Court documents

• At least 3-4 years working experience in legal firm
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Good computer skills
• Good organizing skills
• Highly proficient level
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
