Role and Responsibilities

• Arranging domestic and international travel bookings (including flights, hotel, restaurant and car arrangement)
• Providing full range of administrative support to the daily activities of the senior management
• Assist to manage the household matters
• Arranging client meetings and diary organization 
• Car arrangement and coordinate with clients' pick up
• To assign daily job to the drivers and keep records
• To handle day-to-day operations of carpool system, including monitoring of the conditions, usage and routine checking of pool cars and input of pool car requisition chits
• Manage the driver team to cope the sales operation

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• Diploma / Degree holder with secretarial training or business administrative program is preferred;
• At least 3 years of relevant secretarial experience in serving top executives;
• Self-motivated, independent, energetic, well organized, and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Native mandarin speaker is preferred;
• Proficient in with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
