Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical duties and general office administrative supports;
• Perform general reception duties including answering enquiries, tajing messages, greeting visitors and handling meeting room booking;
• Provide support in driving through projects;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor .

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline;
• 1-2 years working experience is preferable; fresh graduates are also welcome;
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking;
• Independent, detail-minded and well-organized;
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadline;
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Immediate available preferred.
