Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for receptionist duties, greeting guest in professionally manner
• Handle a wide range of Administration functions including office supplies administration, company facilities and equipment maintenance, office decoration etc
• Assist in ensuring the compliance of HK Employment Ordinance and related legislative regulations, such as Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
• Provide HR support including but not limited to staff attendance checking, leave management, prepare memos and notices of company issue
• Support CS/Operation team to print orders and labels etc.
• Assist in company activities
• Ad-hoc projects and outdoor work as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in receptionist or office administrative
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and self-motivated
• A good team player with “can do” attitude
• Immediately available in highly preferred
