Job Description

Responsibilities    

  • Coordinate training including logistic arrangement, preparation of training materials etc.
  • Work closely with headquarter in coordinating the course enrolment, evaluation, content management and report generation
  • Working with various stakeholders in sourcing and designing effective solution to support staff development and company growth
  • Take part in projects involved in new initiative

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or training related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years training experience in bank/financial institutions or training centers
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
  • Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
