Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training including logistic arrangement, preparation of training materials etc.
- Work closely with headquarter in coordinating the course enrolment, evaluation, content management and report generation
- Working with various stakeholders in sourcing and designing effective solution to support staff development and company growth
- Take part in projects involved in new initiative
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources or training related discipline
- Minimum 3 years training experience in bank/financial institutions or training centers
- Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
- Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
