Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review the Bank’s compensation and benefits provision and incentive schemes to ensure its competitiveness
- Formulate and review HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Compile HR analytics, manage annual compensation review process, market survey and compensation data analysis
- Prepare presentation deck and management reports for Board-level Committee /senior mgt meetings
- Participate in Rewards / Compensation and benefits related projects
Requirements
- University graduate in HR Management or business related disciplines
- 5 years’ experience in Human Resources focusing on Rewards/C&B function gained from banking industry
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations; knowledge in PRC employment law is preferred
- Good knowledge and experience on HKMA SPM-CG5 is preferred
- Able to apply research data and statistics in report writing
- Self-driven, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, writing and analytical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
