Responsibilities

• Review the Bank’s compensation and benefits provision and incentive schemes to ensure its competitiveness
• Formulate and review HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Compile HR analytics, manage annual compensation review process, market survey and compensation data analysis
• Prepare presentation deck and management reports for Board-level Committee /senior mgt meetings
• Participate in Rewards / Compensation and benefits related projects

Requirements

• University graduate in HR Management or business related disciplines
• 5 years’ experience in Human Resources focusing on Rewards/C&B function gained from banking industry
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations; knowledge in PRC employment law is preferred
• Good knowledge and experience on HKMA SPM-CG5 is preferred
• Able to apply research data and statistics in report writing
• Self-driven, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, writing and analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
