Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of Secretarial and Administrative Support to the company directors 
  • Handle general office administration work and Human Resource management
  • Handling correspondence telephone calls and emails
  • Assisting company events / exhibitions / social media 
  • Liaise with varies departments and other necessary contacts 

Job requirements:

  • F.6 or above, with 1 year or above relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese ( Mandarin & Cantonese )
  • Proficiency in PC applications, MS Offices
  • Must able to work independently, oversee and report to office situation to directors
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, energetic, initiative, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
