Responsibilities:

• Issuance of daily sales order;
• Handle daily requests/inquiries from restaurants and hotels;
• Prepare and send standard quotations;
• Keep client and prospect databases updated;
• Support communication between sales team, warehouse and transportation departments.
  

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Good command of oral and written English is a MUST;
• Proficiency in Chinese word processing;
• Sales supporting experience is a plus;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediate availability is preferred
