Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, deliver and evaluate full cycle training program to meet the internal training needs
• Execute and implement training and development policies
• Participate in the Group’s Talent review and their development
• Source, consult, and engage with a range of external consultants to support the design and delivery of corporate training programs
• Coordinate training programs by liaising and confirming with internal parties/external vendors for all training arrangements
• Participate in the delivery and facilitation of training activities when required
• Prepare training reports for management review
• Assist with the development of knowledge management system
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training area preferably from sizable company, with at least 5 years hands-on experience in training management
• Experience in in-house talent planning and management
• Well organized with strong communication and presentation/delivery skills
• Flexible in mindset and working methods
• Able to work independently under pressure and prioritize work
• Good command of both written English & Chinese, in particular Mandarin, and enjoy writing small article
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Chinese Word Processing
