Our client is a financial services company with their head quarter in Korea. They are looking for an Senior HR Officer in the HR & Fin team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of human resources & administration support including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management.
• Support and coordinate, transform and execute HR and People Development strategies and policies.
• Work closely with team leaders and division managers for facilitating and expediting recruitment process to achieve the business objectives.
• Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures.
• Provide pragmatic advice to effectively manage and resolve human capital issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to regulatory / legislative requirements.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years in full spectrum human resources experience, preferably in banking or finance industries
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Immediate Availability is preferred
