Responsibilities:

• Executing ECM transactions efficiently and effectively and working closely with management in deal execution;
• Involving in origination and distribution of deals;
• Keepiong close collaboration with internal team member and external partners to ensure smooth execution;
• Managing ECM’s deal flow, including underwriting, placing and roadshows arrangement;
• Developing and following up the placement projects, conduct analysis and provide solutions;
• Ensuring that the necessary documentation and processes are in place.

Requirements:

• University Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent disciplines;
• With minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within an ECM department/ Corporate Finance;
• Holder of SFC Type 1 License and knowledge in HK stock market and hands-on execution experience of HK IPOs and equity transactions is a must;
• Familiar with related processes and regulatory rules;
• Excellent co-ordination and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
