Responsibilities

• Planning overseeing and leading business projects related to bond middle and back office operations especially in bond settlement and custody
• Liaise with local agents to facilitate timely trade settlement and ad-hoc market settlement queries
• Clear internal reconciliation breaks for both stock and cash balances
• Serving as a business analyst to evaluate business requirement and provide suggestion and solution accordingly
• Proactively reviewing operation flow and enhancing operation capacity by automation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines with minimum 4-5 years working experience in banking and financial services industry preferred
• Familiar with bond settlement is required. Experience in OTC products such as debt securities and structured products operation would be a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus
• Flexibility to work on public holidays on a shift basis when necessary
