Responsibilities:

• Manage the Assets and Liabilities of the branch, report to Assets and Liabilities Committee and recommends strategy for management consideration
• Maintain official ratios and limits in compliance with regulatory and Head Office’s requirements
• Implement Funding Unit policies and procedures revisions to maintain compliance with laws and regulations
• Communicate and provide updates to internal, external auditors and examiners during examination
• Assist to develop banking counter-parties in foreign exchange and deposits
• Assist with new counter-party onboarding process and annual credit review
• Analyze and prepare routine reports for risk-management measurements and other requirements
• Manage the dealing activities in foreign exchange, money market and investment portfolio and ensure all activities are process in compliance with policy and procedures
• Provide pricing to enhance customer business in foreign exchange and other treasury products
• Participate in ALCO meeting and projects as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• University Degree in related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in fixed income portfolio, funding, foreign exchange and Assets and Liabilities management
• Good understanding of banking regulations and treasury risk management
• Experience in correspondent banking
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English/Mandarin/Cantonese
