 Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

The role will assist Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer to manage the overall financial management and investor relations of the Company, including but not limited to the organization’s overall financial plans and polices along with its accounting practices and the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.

He/She will play a role in formulating the strategic plans in managing Finance & Accounts, Treasury and Internal Audit, handling various projects including M&A and financing activities, performing ad-hoc projects as needed and handle investment analysis and supporting role as needed to the Tax and Treasury team.

Requirements:

University graduate in finance, accounting or related disciplines

At least 4 years audit experience, preferably in Big 4

Relevant experience in a financial management role with a leading organization and China working experience are advantages

Possess sound technical knowledge covering financial management, treasury and investor relations

Frequent travel to China and overseas

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua are required
