Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, programming, construction method preparation, tender technical submission and pre-qualification submission for building/infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and update Master Program and all works programs based on the Contract.
• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
• Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and establishes means and methods for recovery
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
• Prepare monthly report of work progress summary.
• Liaise with different teams with project managers about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Building Service / Construction or equivalent;
• Familiar with Primavera 6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Planning Manager with Minimum 8 years and Planning Engineer with Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in large scale construction planning.
