Support the company vision through front line supervision of Sales team. Primary responsibility is to support Store Management’s efforts in driving Associates to execute their job duties by supporting a fun, challenging, and rewarding culture.

Duties:

• Lead Sales teams to achieve sales objectives & targets
• Responsible for visual merchandising to maintain store image and to maximize sales
• Work closely with Management to supervise and motivate staff to provide good customer service

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience in retail industry with proven track record
• High-flexibility with schedule required
• Maintain confidentiality
• With excellent leadership, people management and staff development skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with passion in retail and fashion

* Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
