Job Responsibilities

• Technical support to tendering and procurement
• Design drawing
• Project management and contracts administration for construction contracts
• Manage and supervise all sub-contractors on site for execution of fit-out works
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors and other relevant parties

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in BS/ MEP field in fitting out contractors
• Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, and AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Able to work independently and as a good team player
• Experience in BIM would be an advantage
