Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Oversee the consultant team to ensure a timely delivery of quality outputs
• Lead the team to monitor & manage project management and ensure smooth project administration 
• Team- player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree holder  in Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Developers 
• Solid experience with Developer in managing luxury residential projects
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
