Job Highlights 

• Handling pre/post-contract stage
• Facade, Fitting Out, Commercial Projects
• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity surveying 

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling pre-contract stage including but not limited to measurement of works, tender analysis, preparing pricing document of tender (e.g. SOR, BOQ & etc), formulating tender strategies and etc.
• Responsible for handling post-contract stage, including but not limited to tender cost analysis, subletting , valuation of variation, certify interim payment, final account settlement and etc
• Assist Senior QS to function in project control, including but not limited to formulate project budget cost planning, project cash flow forecast, monitoring of project expense and etc.
• Ad hoc assignment  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or Construction related subjects
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Contractor. (Experience in luxury hospitality or Commercial projects are preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Putonghua
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel
