Responsibilities: 

• Review creative design intent packages and assist in the development of a technical audio visual and lighting system design;
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings;
• Prepare technical schedules and associated documentation;
• Review drawings prepared by CAD team for accuracy and make changes as required;
• Work in accordance with project specified and / or company standards;
• Attend design / project meetings as required;
• Attend site to assist with systems commissioning as required;
• Assist workshop or site staff during on and off site works;
• Assist in the preparation of project close out documents;
• Research new products and technologies;
• Reporting to Systems Design Manager(s).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a technical or engineering discipline;
• Minimum five (5) years’ working experience;
• Applicants with three (3) years’ working experience or less will be considered for the position of Assistant Systems Designer;
• Excellent working knowledge of Entertainment audio visual and lighting systems;
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese, both oral and written;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Creative, organised, detailed-oriented;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Occasional international travel required;
• Proficiency in AutoCad;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Proficiency in Revit a definite advantage.

The job initially will be in Kwai Chung and then later relocated in Sheung Wan.
