Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing and executing florist products
• Manage design projects in different stages from research, concept sketching, sample making, model making and prototype follow up
• Responsible for presenting product ideas to foreign customers and management for decision making
• To act as advisor on product training and related technical issues for sales staff in HK office

Requirements:

• Formal training of floral design or related
• At least 5 years of experience in flower arrangement and florist products design
• Experience in using common design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Creative, well organized, highly responsible and good team player
• Good communication and presentation skills, and capable in presenting ideas to foreign designers or customers
