Responsibilities:

• Manage the Quality teams for both Lascar and Corintech.
• Define quality policies and procedures for the quality team in line with management expectations.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure effective management of supplier quality.
• Provide proactive continuous improvement of internal and supplier quality procedures.
• Provide quality training for internal staff and suppliers.
• Analyse and provide quality statistics and report to management.
• Oversee Quality of New Product Introduction.
• Audit internal and supplier‘s quality systems, inspection standards, production and process control plans to meet customers required standards.
• Ensure all activities comply with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
• Work with UK and HK design teams on product development.
• Analyse and advise on production problem solving.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electronic Engineering or similar.
• At least 7 years relevant experience in Quality Control and Assurance.
• Familiar with EMS environment, supplier and customer quality relationship management.
• Strong leadership, planning and analytical skills with proactive, flexible and results oriented personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Knowledge of IPC610 workmanship standards.
• Willing to visit suppliers.
• Detail-minded and able to work on own initiative.
