Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory, warehouse and logistics arrangement for company’s projected sales volume and distribution.
• Assist in daily order management to ensure service delivery per pre-set standards.
• Prepare regular inventory reports, forecast and conduct analysis to support performance monitoring.
• Pilot projects for improving operation flow and logistics arrangement and facilitating the business expansion.
• Continuously drive vendors for improvement and lift them up to meet with high standard and requirement.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce preferred.
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, good team player who is able to work independently under fast-paced working environment and able to meet tight schedule.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel).
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin).
• Immediately available is preferred.
