Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in performing site inspections, risk & hazard assessments, accident investigations & reporting, safety & health review and safety audits
• Conduct briefing on safety initiatives and processes with frontline technicians
• Assist in planning / organizing / conducting safety & health related training programs and also promotion / improvement initiatives
• Consolidate the accident statistics & related information in monitoring the safety performance
• Assist in maintaining & implementing the Safety Management System and fundamentals within the Company
• Ensure compliance with the legal requirements on safety and health

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the construction or lifts & escalators industry
• Familiar with the statutory and regulatory safety requirements
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, with strong drive to execute programs and achieve effectiveness
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
