Responsibilities: 

• Execution of the work according to the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) policies of Wartsila
• Technical support for Seals and Bearings in Middle East and Asia (MEA) region
• Technical consulting and supporting of customer and internal stakeholder
• Maintain Salesforce tool related to Technical Support database
• Remote troubleshooting and remote operation support for S&B installations
• Site activity, i.e. on-site advanced troubleshooting, site audit and create Sales Lead
• Supporting the sales organisation, including preparing technical sales offer
• Analysis S&B data and being case owner of complex technical issues, including RCA
• Carry out ATS (Advanced Technical Support) at sites on request
• Preparation and holding of presentations and training courses
• Report review of S&B related reports from engineers

Requirements: 

• BSC and experience in Marine, Shipbuilding and Service environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 5 years S&B Field service experience
• Knowledge of both auxiliary thruster & main propulsion and S&B fundamental.
• Internal and external customer relations
• Willingness to travel overseas
• Good analytical skills in technical problem solving
• Ability to work both in a team as well as independently
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Candidate must possess Hong Kong Identity Card and be able to work in Hong Kong
