The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of new state-of-the-art audio products with the highest design quality, efficient production and high field reliability within committed product development schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Involve in full product development cycle from design, prototypes to manufacture
• Use 3D CAD system and computer simulation to design and simulate design results before prototype validation
• Define specifications for metal and plastic mechanical parts and molds to ensure product quality, production yield and product reliability
• Work with industrial designers, electronics designers, manufacturing engineers and quality assurance engineers to ensure compliance of customer specifications with highest product, quality and within cost targets

Requirements:

• Degree or Master in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in high quality audio related products preferred.
• Good background in 3D CAD design and computer simulation techniques for mechanical structure design, stress management and thermal management
• Good knowledge on packaging design, design for manufacturing and problem solving techniques
• Ability to coordinate across departments, deal with ambiguity and willingness to accept challenging assignments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and project management skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is required
• Candidates will more experience will be considered as Senior Mechanical Engineer
