1.     System Architect/Engineer

         Job Description:

  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in supporting of projects
  • Perform detailed analysis of requirements and solutions to ensure effectiveness, relevance, accuracy and robust controls
  • Work closely with customer experience and development teams
  • Produce technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Perform and support various testing activities including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Develop and analyze digital solution options based on business demand
  • Ensure solutions are salable and meet overall business requirements, translating clients’ requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions

Key Competencies & Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Experience in enterprise applications design, development, deployment and integration
  • Hands-on experience of programming language in Python/ Java/ C#/ PHP/ .Net is an advantage
  • Willingness to be a challenger to the traditional way
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in digital solution consulting or development or a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.
  • Ability to write architectural design documents or review design documents provided by others.
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs
  • Experience in architecture and solutioning of enterprise applications (Cloud-based platforms like AWS, AliCloud) and digital capabilities (e.g. APIs, microservices architecture)
  • Experience in working with ICT enterprises, System Integrators, and Consulting firms as solution partners is preferred
  • Experience in concepts, principles and implementation approaches of service oriented architecture (digital) is an advantage
  • Experience with Lean UX Design Thinking is an advantage but not essential

 

 2.   Solution Consultant/Manager (Infrastructure)

       Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business solutions design (Mainly on infrastructure)
  • Obtain requirement from customer IT/application staffs
  • Provide IT solution and cost on both the existing client RFS (Request For Service) or new business
  • Provide technical/commercial/general guidance to solution team member
  • Involve in Technical Design Authority (TDA) activities to bring value to existing managed operations services such that to create more business opportunities for all clients
  • Pre-sales support on IT solution

       Requirements:

  • Degree or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' of relevant working experience, with 3 years' experience in IT consultant role is a must
  • Familiar with IT solution technologies (e.g. Virtualization, SAN technology and etc)
  • Solid experience in enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g. Windows, RedHat Linux, UNIX, AS400, hyper-v, VMware, SAN storage, Network)
  • Solid experience to deal with clients, getting requirements from business users and/or senior IT management
  • Solid experience to design Virtualization (VMware, hyper-v, Xen server) solution
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, independent, good presentation & negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Solid experience to response Government Tender is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Solution Manager/Solution Designer

 

3   Test  Lead

Requirements:

  • 5 years or above software testing experience with proven testing project leadership skills.
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
  • Solid experience in test planning and execution for large scale projects involving multiple applications.
  • Familiar with manual and automation tests, performance test execution/tools as well as automated test scripts preparation.
  • Strong leadership skills with mature presence to ensure effective communication and partnership with QA testers and other project members.
  • Possess strong analytical skill, able to initiate and drive the whole testing projects.
  • Strong knowledge in software testing process and methodology, and System Development Life Cycle.
  • Experiences in working with 3rd party development and testing teams.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.
  • Software testing experience for Macau Casino/Resort Opening, Gaming & CRM, Front of House and Back of House Projects.
  • Software testing certification such as CSTE, ISTQB is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design the overall test strategy, approach and related test arrangements of projects.
  • Identify test scope from project documentation e.g. business requirement, functional specification and prepare test plan document.
  • Responsible for testing effort estimates.
  • Review test scripts/test cases to ensure adequate and appropriate test coverage.
  • Manage and control the testing processes, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor test progress, quality and defect management. Review test result and defects found to maintain test quality and facilitate the overall test if any critical issues found.
  • Lead and coach QA testers.
  • Provide overall test project progress update regularly, identify any potential system quality issues and escalate to team manager.

 

4.)  Tester 

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years or above experience in software quality assurance, application testing.
  • Senior level tester who is able to perform tasks independently with less supervision.
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
  • Hands-on software testing experience in requirement/functional specification review, test plan/test case/test report preparation, QA test execution, system defect reporting.
  • Familiar with manual and automation tests, performance test execution/tools as well as automated test scripts preparation.
  • Knowledge in software testing process and methodology, and System Development Life Cycle.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented and quality focused.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project documentation for testing preparation (e.g. user requirement document, functional specification and technical specification).
  • Plan and design test strategy and prepare test documents (e.g. test plan and test cases).
  • Manage test data design and test data creation.
  • Conduct manual and automated tests such as functional, performance and regression tests, etc.
  • Prepare test reports and daily test progress update.
  • Report bugs and errors, and create logs to document testing phases and defects.
  • Verify defect fixes and analyze issues to improve overall testing strategy5

 

7.)  Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the overall service and day-to-day customer care in the provision of those services. Manage the production service providers to improve service performance where the delivered service is not meeting SLA or customer’s required levels.
  • Act as point of contact to interface with multiple stakeholders including our Client, internal service teams, system vendors on regular basis
  • Maintain and monitor the service level requirement and standard performed by the service providers, handle client’s requirement and issues management.
  • Perform high level problem management and to escalate and liaise with other service teams to get appropriate support and resources in dealing with problems/risks
  • Conduct monthly report and service review, trend and root cause analysis, identify and lead continuous improvement plan for the Client

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in service delivery, IT service desk operation and critical support environment. Strong operational process management expertise in ITIL and or other operation frameworks
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues (locally and overseas). A proactive self-starter with the ability to work as a team, independently and under pressure.
  • Customer focused and strives for high quality service & continuous improvement

 

 8.    Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical and transition project implementation;
  • Participate and assist in the design and development of technical solutions for customers;
  • Manage all areas of the delivery of projects, including project scope, risks, budget and resources, both internally and externally;
  • Provide support to the integration of bids/projects, including Due Diligence exercises;
  • Build and maintain close relationships with customers and suppliers through all phases of needs assessment and solution implementation;

 

   Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT industry, with at least 5 years of experience in IT project management;
  • Experience in System Infrastructure Design, Solution Implementation and Data Centre Services;
  • Certified PMP, PRINCE or equivalent industrial qualification is a plus;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

 

9) Network engineer (Big data)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Big Data Support is responsible for handling basic customer issues respecting response time and resolution time defined in SLA:

  • Follow-up and resolve standard incidents
  • Able to escalate complex incident
  • Responsible for incident qualification, troubleshooting and analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experiences
  • Technical qualification, analysis and troubleshooting of x86 Server technology and other dataceter infrastructure: Network Switches, SAN, cabling
  • Understanding and basic skills of all major operating systems: VMware, Linux, Windows Server
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

 

 10)   Engineer (AIX and Solaris) 

Job

  • Perform technical support including installation, configuration and product patching / upgrade on various middleware products
  • Work on the design and implementation of middleware services for internal and external projects
  • Provide application deployment, production support, monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services to internal and external projects
  • Perform night emergency call support when necessary

Skill

  • Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years experienced in Oracle WebLogic Server / Tomcat /Websphere
  • Experience in Apache / IBM HTTP Server / IBM WebSphere Application Server / IBM WebSphere MQ / JBoss / Microsoft IIS is preferred
  • Familiar with AIX, Solaris system administration
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

 

11.  Network Engineer

 Duties:
  • Configure, troubleshoot and support Cisco Routers, Switches, firewall and WAN Appliances
  • Provide network operation and project support to Asia Pacific regions
  • Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of incidents queues and executing network changes as required after business hours. 
  • Opens and monitors TAC cases with our vendors as required
  • Adheres to all change control processes and configuration standards
  • Attends various meetings during their shift as well as conducting troubleshooting bridges with peers, vendors and customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate communications to the customer are occurring

Requirement

  • 4+ years as a hands-on network engineer implementing, designing and supporting a large enterprise network is required
  • Advanced working expertise of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VPN experience with MPLS, VRF and ISIS is a plus.  
  • Advanced working expertise of LAN technologies (HSRP, VRRP, STP,VLANs and IP-subnetting)
  • Good working knowledge of network cabling infrastructure and specifications
  • Experience with Firewall and WAN Appliances
  • Experience with corporate change management procedures (design and peer review)
  • Industry certifications (e.g.:  CCNA) a must.  CCIE is a plus

 

 12.  System Support Engineer  (Window/Linux)

Responsibility:

  • Perform system administration of Wintel/ UNIX / Linux servers;
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers, especially on server grade systems;
  • Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting;
  • Perform daily maintenance support service under SLA;
  • Assist users to resolve technical issues/problem;
  • Perform as account engineer of major customers;
  • Participate in various projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • 2-3 years related working experience in IT support services (less experience can be considered as Assistant Engineer);
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and have a flexible, positive attitude;
  • Proactive, customer oriented, work independently, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with Windows Server / Unix an advantage;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

 

13.   Technician

Responsibility:

  • Perform on-site support service on desktop PC and notebook;
  • Perform basic installation service on hardware and software;
  • Provide on-site problem troubleshooting and technical support to customers;
  • Perform product evaluation and testing;
  • Provide timely report and update job status to team leader.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • At least 1 year related working experience in IT support services (less experience can be considered as Assistant Technician);
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and have a flexible, positive attitude;
  • Proactive, customer oriented, work independently, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Processing of MCSA/MCSE certificate would be an advantage;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
