Game Technical Director (Ref No. HKJC-046-2013)

A reputable China-based conglomerate with property development, property management, entertainment business, etc. is looking for high-calibre executive to station in Beijing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a technical team in game procedures, design and implementation;
• Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluation of Technical Team & its operation;
• Manage, execute and monitor the budget of Technical Team;
• Plan and develop web-based game development flow and monitor its progress;
• Perform systematic analysis & design; ensure the efficiency & effectiveness of all the procedures, progress and code stable and function well;
• Coordinate & cooperate with various departments, including Planning, Design, Testing and Operations to ensure team work and recommend improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any related discipline, preferably with overseas education or working exposure;
• At least 5 years working experience in new games development, in which 2 years in team & project management and 3 years in game industry;
• Solid management experience in projects of product development and Good track record in web-based game product development;
• Familiarized with development of Database, Network Administration, Game Server Terminals and able to provide technical expertise for team members;
• Excellent planning & project management skills, business promotion skills and able to make good use of resources with good people management;
• Strong logical sense & good communication skills;
• Full of market sense in game industry and receptive to new ideas;
• Full of westernized thinking, creativity, presentation and exploration;
• Station in Beijing is a MUST

遊戲技術總監 (Ref No. HKJC-046-2013)

國內某綜合企業，包括房地產、物業管理、娛樂事業等。該職位將註北京工作。

工作職責：

• 帶領技術團隊，負責遊戲程式的架構設計和實施 ；
• 負責技術部門人員招聘、培訓、考核等團隊建設及日常管理工作；
• 遊戲技術部門的預算制訂、執行與控制；
• 計畫並監控網頁遊戲開發流程，進度規劃；
• 進行系統分析和設計，保證程式工作滿足需求、進度，所有代碼具有良好的穩定性和擴展性以及高效率；
• 與策劃、美術、測試和運營團隊合作，向製作人彙報，從技術角度給整個遊戲團隊提供改善方案。
  
  

職位要求：

• 大學本科以上學歷，有海外求學或工作經歷；
• 7年以上程式開發經驗，2年以上團隊和項目管理經驗，3年以上遊戲行業從業經驗；
  有遊戲的開發和完整管理專案的經驗，有已上線運營的網頁遊戲作品案例； 
• 熟悉資料庫開發，精通網路程式設計，熟悉遊戲伺服器端架構，能為組內成員提供技術指導； 
• 優秀的統籌能力以及專案管理能力和業務推動能力，利用多重資源處理和協調各種關係；
• 邏輯分析能力強，善於溝通和協調資源，遊戲行業敏感度高，接受新事物能力強；
• 有優秀的成熟作品； 
• 具有西方的思維習慣，善於創意和表達，善於探索全新的領域；
• 個性開朗、大方，團隊意識強，熱愛文化領域，喜歡中國文化，善交往；
