Responsibilities: -

• Supervise the centralized service desk operation on shift basis
• Supervise and track progress of incident troubleshooting and fault restoration, escalation, communication with internal and external customers and prepare incident reports
• Respond promptly to customer requests, incidents and inquiries
• Handle cable order and termination order processing
• Handle service request order processing
• Prepare and ensure appropriate notification messages for correct customer recipients
• Track progress of other support teams for fulfillment with customer on time
• Ensure daily routine tasks performed properly
• Monitor data centre network infrastructure and service
• Communicate with customers on inquiries
• Working Hours : 7 x 24 shift duty is required / 3 shifts per day / 5 days per week
• Work Location : Chai Wan

Requirements: -

• Relevant operation and technical experience to deliver operation and support services to customers such as incident reporting, processing of customers’ requests /orders in troubleshooting, cabling, remote/smart hand services
• Proficient in customer service skills
• Knowledge in ITIL desirable
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good written communication and report writing skills
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Work independently and drive for results
