Game Operation Director (Ref No. HKJC-045-2013)

A reputable China-based conglomerate with property development, property management, entertainment business, etc. is looking for high-calibre executive to station in Beijing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of Game products, including planning, product development, organization and monitoring;
• Propose the effective operation of the Game operation according to market analysis and customers’ needs;
• Responsible for channel promotion, product operation, fees operation, customer service, overall business strategies & implementation;
• Responsible for product marketing data analysis and marketing trend analysis;
• Identify the market changes & trends to revise fees & channel strategies if necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any related discipline, preferably with overseas education or working exposure;
• At least 5 years working experience in new games planning and operation;
• Good sense of team work with proactive character and creativity;
• Good track record in game product development;
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Full of westernized thinking, creativity, presentation and exploration;
• Station in Beijing is a MUST

遊戲運營總監 (Ref No. HKJC-045-2013)

國內某綜合企業，包括房地產、物業管理、娛樂事業等。該職位將註北京工作。

工作職責：

• 負責公司遊戲產品線的策劃工作，制定遊戲運營規劃、組織和監督運營實施；
• 根據運營資料並結合使用者需求，提出有效的產品運營策劃方案
• 負責遊戲的管道推廣、產品運營、收費運營和客戶服務的整體策略和計畫的制定和實施；組織產品運營資料分析和市場狀況分析實施；
• 制定遊戲產品收費策略、支付管道策略，並針對市場的變化制定和調整後續運營計畫。
  
  

職位要求：

• 大學本科以上學歷，有海外求學或工作經歷；
• 五年以上相關領域工作經驗，具有新遊戲項目策劃運營經驗；
• 有良好的團隊意識以及較強的主動性和創造性； 
• 有優秀的成熟作品； 
  具有西方的思維習慣，善於創意和表達，善於探索全新的領域；
• 個性開朗、大方，團隊意識強，熱愛文化領域，喜歡中國文化，善交往；
