Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable and other receivables
• Settle installment invoices, sales invoices and debit notes
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules
• Prepare reports for management
• Assist in month-end closing

Requirements

• F.5 or above with LCCI higher
• With at least 1 years of related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Accounting software
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking, conscious of meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
