Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to end users
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for PCs
• Support video and audio conference setup and operations
• Support daily standard IT operations, server maintenance, backup and other related tasks
• Maintain users’ credentials and permissions on infrastructure and applications’ accessibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• IT helpdesk and infrastructure support experience is an advantage
• Experience in supporting WAN, LAN, Active Directory, VMware and SAN is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Windows maintenance is an advantage
• Well organized, diligent and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduate may also consider
• Immediate available is preferred
