Job Description

工作职责：
- 负责重要合作伙伴及大客户挖掘和开发，并根据竞争态势和客户需求，制定解决方案销售策略；
- 提供整个销售流程中所需的技术销售支持，包括产品介绍，需求调研，设计解决方案，支持PoC测试，编写技术方案建议书支持投标流程；
- 负责方案/产品项目管理、实施跟进及服务工作，将重点客户合作规划落地实施；
- 协助开发团队人员保证项目推进，确保产品开发质量和进度;
岗位要求：
- 重点本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；
- 独立设计至少2套行业端到端解决方案。有项目驻场、需求挖掘经验者优先；
- 有较强的沟通协调能力；有较强的抗压能力；善于处理复杂利益攸关方关系；
- 做事认真，仔细，有很强的责任感，项目跟踪、项目执行力较强；
- 具备创新精神，有探索新的解决方案或产品创新经验；
- 具备英文沟通交流及书面理解能力；
- 可接受频繁出差;
满足以下条件优先：
- 有AI项目行业背景优先；
- 有软件开发、系统集成、安防行业实施经验者优先；
- 日语可作为工作语言者优先;
