Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance services
- Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of networks and servers
- Provide remote/on-site trouble shooting
- Provide technical support on hardware/software configuration
- Setup servers, network administration and maintenance
- Support senior in MS SQL Server, MS Windows, NT Server, VMware, Hyper-V
Requirements
- H. Diploma or above in Computer Science or in relevant disciplines
- 1 year working experience of IT industry in providing internal/external technical support
- Experience in MS infrastructure, networking, system administration is preferred
- MCP/MCSE/MCITP holder is an advantage
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Fresh graduates are also considered
