Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager at MeeOpp, you will help lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and continual improvement of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and other product managers to refine our product road map and drive its execution, taking ownership over key areas of it. As an ideal candidate, you are pragmatic, empathetic, and are able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical individuals. You’ve seen how technology is changing how people learn, and want to help build the future of  personalised learning.

Responsibilities​: 

• Help to translate business strategy into product strategy
• Own key parts of the product road map
• Support in managing our agile software development process from a product management perspective
• Write requirements and create high-level UI mockups for our development team
• Articulate the product vision to the development team, and answer questions from developers about how new features should look and work
• Participate in scrum meetings (planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, and  retrospectives), speaking on behalf of the user
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog
• Gather and analyse feedback from users to shape features and requirements  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Technology-related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working in software development company
• Familiar with agile software development processes
• Excellent communication skills  & interpersonal skills 

Bonus Points for:

• Familiar with UX/UI prototyping tools
• Experience with Jira
• Prior work experience in the education industry

Language requirements:

• English fluency
• Conversational Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus but not necessary
