Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain all Windows platform across production and non-production environments
• Troubleshooting complex problem between platform and vendors

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualifications in IT or Engineering
• Relevant work experience, preferably in IT or software support function
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server platform such as SharePoint, SCCM, Exchange Server etc
• Able to work independently as well as with team
• Able to communicate clearly with vendors as well as team members
